It is almost a billion degrees here in NYC…or in the 90s? Its all giving me a big old headache.  And its only going to get worse.

As much as I want, I really shouldn’t work out.  Or leave the apartment.  I should decide what to start next.  Having finished the 30 day shred, I need something new to do.  A mix of workout vids?  Ripped in 30?  I do like Jillian Michaels and remaining in an air conditioned location.

Hubs and I had dinner with his parents earlier this evening.  They were very sweet and we ate some delicious hummus.  A whole lot of hummus.
